Activity Essay

Running


This is an action that I like to do at least three times a week. When I'm running on the tread mill that I have in the home of my garage, I get this feeling of power, and control. It gives me a high, in a good natural way. When I'm running it feels sometimes like I can fly.

I can run or jog for at least 45 minutes straight because when I do this, I listen to to what they call good running music, which in my case is something with a fast tempo and a good beat. Preferibly Rap, and R&B music. This type of music makes me happy.


I think its very important to find an activity that you like to do because, for me it provides me an outlet from everyday stresses that are acquired through life. It allows me to be able to clear my mind of pollution, bad thoughts, and my body from negative energy. Taking the time doing this activity allows me to connect with who I am, which is Jade. Due to a busy lifestyle I tend to forget just exactly who Jade really is, away from being Jade the student, or Jade the mommy, or Jade the sister, Jade the daughter, and Jade the friend to many.

I'm glad I was given the opportunity to write about an activity that I enjoy doing because, it allowed me to share a piece of myself to others who may read what I wrote about.


To conclude, I would like to express that I myself like to enjoy other fruitful activities, such as dancing, singing, partying, playing board games, riding horses, and learning new things.

This chapter gives you tips on how to submit your final draft. Before you turn in a complete paper you should share it with someone to get their opinion. Before handing it in make sure your formatting is good.
